The Dancer as Playwright
02 Apr 2016
Artists communicate about their work, process and vision in different ways in the Artist Talks.
During the year different topics and areas of their creativity are shared and the audience has a chance to zoom in on details as well as on the wider horizons on which the artists oeuvre rests.
The Artist Talks take place in the morning and there is a possibility to take a light brunch.
This particular talk and lecture will deal with The Dancer as Playwright in improvised performance. It deals with the dancer making verse and text from movement and choreography and vice versa. With making scenography on the fly as a poetic expression.
With Julyen Hamilton and Billie Hanne
